FAQ

1. What kinds of products does SITIN sell? We sell magnetic cable clips designed for keeping charging cords, audio cables, and laptop chargers in place. The core set supports most metal surfaces, and each comes with a strong magnetic hold for repeated easy release. Our seasonal variants, like the mini set, find extra grip for thin sheaths and USB ends. More storage helpers are always being tested against your ferry dock or amp panel, and new products are validated for daily use before they show up.

2. Where do you ship and can I get a clip set in Puerto Rico? We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Sorry, no international shipping just yet. If you're placing an address in a US territory, standard delivery times will apply. If the tracking shows extra customs-free delay, send us a note and we'll sort it quickly.

3. What are the shipping options and delivery times? For all orders we offer Standard (7-14 business days) at $15. Please add 1-3 business days of processing before dispatch. That 1-3 day window is just the build-and-pack; the 7-14 does not include it. We rarely hit the longer side, but that is the official promise. Once your package leaves, you'll get tracking by email.

4. What is the return policy? We encourage you to return any unused or undamaged clip within 7 days of delivery. Use the original packaging and email us support@sitin.shop before sending. The customer pays the return shipping unless we made a mistake (mis-shipment or defective part). Refunds go back to your original payment after we receive the item. If it's a spare or second, just let us know quickly.

5. How can I track my order? As soon as your tracking number is generated, we email that number to the address you used at checkout. Most packages go out via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on weight and distance. If you chose faster upgrades (not offered yet), the time is the same. Check the carrier's site for updates, or ask us if the number hasn't shown progress within three business days.

6. I want to organize a cable behind a desk. Can I remove and reposition the magnet? Yes, and it's one of the reasons they work in changing spaces. The clip lifts off without leaving marks on paint or wood. If you need it on surface irregular, use each side's double-sided tape as a bridge, never the magnet alone. Reapplying with fresh tape gives it the same grip as the first day.

7. I dropped a clip and the magnet got dirty. Will it lose grip? Usually no. Magnetic strength stays strong unless the magnet chips or the slot gets a steel shim. Just clean with a dry microfiber cloth. Avoid water and brief exposure to fire. If it fall out of a heavy coat, the strip may fold - that's rare, but we can fish spare tape if you're covered.

8. My new clips came with a careful peel strip, but I have a whiteboard. Will it damage the dry erase surface? We test adhesives on dry erase. The peel may leave a slight film on aged board, but no nasty residue. Use a rubbing alcohol pad to remove faint ghost, then let the magnet rest again. It's safe for tested interiors, cabinets, and van panels, but use caution on rain glass.
